PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASING:
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer upon the printing of the order. For the shipping confirmation link contained within the email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to be properly updated by the carrier.
While we do strive to have all orders shipped out as soon as possible, orders may be subject to delay. Orders can potentially be delayed 1-2 weeks due to order volume coupled with COVID-19’s impact on our processing times.
We ship Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on a Friday after noon CST, your order will most likely print and be processed on the following business day.
If your order contains a pre-sale item, all items will ship when the pre-sale item is available.
We do NOT make price adjustments on any past orders if an item goes on sale after purchase.
Once an order has been successfully placed, it then moves to processing and changes/cancellations can no longer be made as the order is being packaged and prepared for shipment.
It is recommended that the autographed merch is dry cleaned only, to preserve the signature. If you choose to do traditional cleaning, we are not liable for the signature fading. It is best to avoid washing the fabric.
- USPS -SHIPPING SPEED/METHOD
If you choose Priority/Priority Express or First Class shipping, we will ship your package out with the shipping method paid for after it has gone through our handling process.
In most cases , the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money back guarantee.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 day transit time, not guaranteed)
USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS (1-2 day transit time, not guaranteed)
DHL - Priority (3-5 day transit time, * not guaranteed)
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have now introduced our fastest speed 1-3 business days for all international orders through DHL Worldwide. The shipping time does not include our processing and handling time.
3. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship world-wide! The shipping price varies based off several details, such as weight, destination and shipping service, and the shipping prices are automatically generated through either USPS or DHL services onto our website. In addition to the actual postage, TBNR also charges a minimal handling fee to cover other costs associated with packaging and handling your order with care.
We would be more than happy to process that return/refund for you.
To be eligible for a return or refund your item(s) must be:
- Within the 30 day policy
- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it
- No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, strong smells such as perfumes, body odor, smoke or laundry detergent.
- Items(s) must be in re-saleable condition. We thoroughly check our products upon return.
*Due to the hygienic nature of these items, jewelry, hats, masks and blankets are not returnable or refundable. *
Please place the original packaging slip in the return package. If you do not have the packaging slip, then please provide the order number- or the name which the order was placed under- with your return.
Please double check our sizing chart and product descriptions before purchasing. If an item received is defective or incorrect, please email us email@example.com, so that we can take care of the issues, we strive for 100% customer service satisfaction!

Marked as delivered
Packages marked as delivered can be reported no earlier than 7 days and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
Stuck in transit
Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 14 days and no later than 30 days from the last update
Damaged in transit
Email us at email@example.com with shipping issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
